Coming from a Gozitan heritage, we’re proud to say that we take inspiration from our surroundings. Rundle’s concept came to fruition one afternoon when owner Simon Said was looking at the majestic gardens of Villa Rundle; a garden planted by and named after the British General Leslie Rundle around 1915.
A garden that is considered to be the House of Nature in Gozo inspired and brought to life the House of MeditterAsian cuisine.
The cuisine draws influence from the shores of the Meditteranean including Gozitan favourites that we know and love and successfully marries it with flavourful Asian cuisine, bringing a visionary expression of MeditterAsian. We pay homage to both cuisines while going against the norm of what Asian and Mediterranean dishes should look (and taste) like.
Rundle offers a unique experience that awakens the senses through refined taste, the use of natural ingredients with a local touch, and an intimate wine cellar that provides an unparalleled ambience.
